Thank you for visiting our website! The Medsker Team is comprised of Don & Carol Medsker and Emily Jones. Don and Carol have lived and worked in the Denver Metro area their entire lives. Don practiced law for 35 years before retiring his license in 2001. Carol worked closely with Don during much of his career as his legal assistant. In the early 90's, Carol launched a career of her own selling real estate. Upon retiring his license, Don joined Carol in her thriving real estate business. In 2004, their daughter, Emily, joined their team after having graduated from the University of Colorado and working in the mortgage banking industry. Today this team is hard to beat! With Emily's 10 year background in mortgage banking, Don's law experience and Carol's years in the real estate business, they offer clients the best of all possible real estate services.

New home sales. Just as we can assist the buyer in locating and purchasing a resale home, we can offer the same service in a new home sale. It is always in your best interest as a consumer to have an advocate on your side, and that is especially true with a new home purchase. A new home sale can be a complicated process, and working with The Medsker Team throughout that process will help to reduce the stress, protect your interests and save time.

A short sale may be an option when a homeowner 1) is no longer able to make thier mortgage payments 2) has gotten behind on their payments 3) owes the bank more than the current market value. Rather than lost their home to foreclosure, consumers may try to sell their home at current makret value and, with the assistance of their realtor, negotiate a short payoff settlement with the bank(s).
